All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Europe: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch.
Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. During new drops and sale periods, processing can take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free UK shipping on all orders over £60.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
VILLAIN is not responsible for any customs charges, duties or import taxes applied to international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us straight away with your order number and photographs so we can put it right. If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
